How does event parking work?
Choose your event or search the venue, pick a parking option and pay online. You receive a confirmation with the address, directions and arrival instructions.
Is my space guaranteed?
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, your space is reserved for the event.
When should I book?
As early as you can. Spaces near popular venues are limited, and you can book as soon as parking for an event goes on sale.
Can I cancel an event parking pass?
Event passes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the event for a refund, excluding the service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
What do I need on the day?
Your booking confirmation. Keep the email or the goParkly app handy so staff can check your booking when you arrive.
